The Spring XL series is back at 888poker this month with more than two weeks of games under the series branding. The games get underway on May 12 and run through May 28 with about $2 million guaranteed in the numbered events and an extra $300k or so added into other branded events.
There are 43 numbered events throughout the series, with 43 additional side events named for Spring XL but without official event numbers. Games for the series range from $8.80 on the low end up to the $888 Main Event which has Day 1 flights already running.
The Main Event plays Day 2 on May 27 and Day 1 flights are running throughout the festival for the $1 million guaranteed game. That is by far the biggest guarantee of the series, but three other games guarantee at least $100k, including the $25 Mystery Bounty Mini Event which will play for at least $100k.

Lots of Spring Value to be Found
That Mini Main Event looks to be the best value in the series as it will require more than 4,000 entries to hit the guarantee. However, there are a lot of other games that look to be pretty juicy,
Both versions of the Main will run as Mystery Bounties, which means they will both have some chunky prizes for busting opponents. The biggest bounty in the full Main will be $100k, with $10k in an envelope for the Mini Main.
Flights for the full Main Event are already running on the client, along with satellites to the game. Day 1 flights for the MinI Main get going on May 12.
